DISCREPANCIES/AVAILABILITY
Because of the price fluctuations in gold and platinum, we reserve the right to
adjust prices on any item listed on our site, catalog, flyer, or advertisement
without prior notice. All quantities are limited and items are subject to
availability. Pictures shown are not exact sizes and some may be enlarged to
show detail. Although we try to ensure the accuracy of the information we
provide, we are not responsible for any typographical errors, discrepancies, or
omissions. Some restrictions do
apply. All diamond weights specified are approximate.
Any discrepancies in Weight, Rate, and Term will need to be indicated to SMEA by
written notice (to address 13616 Gamma Rd. Dallas, TX 75244) within 10 days of
receipt and must be confirmed by phone or in person. Otherwise, customer assumes all
responsibility.
RETURNS
Items returned must be received by SMEA within 10 days from the original
shipping, delivery, or pickup date and a re-stocking fee of 15% may apply.
PAYMENT
SMEA accepts Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Check, or Cash as methods of
payments. Payments are due on
the due date mentioned on the invoice.
A maximum of 6% fee may be charged on credit card payments over $100;
customer will be informed if such fees apply. If payment is overdue, SMEA has
the right to claim and assume ownership of unpaid items sold.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped same day if received before noon central time. We will inform
you by e-mail, phone, or in person if any items are on back order or will take
longer to be shipped.
